By accessing nishanimedia.com or engaging Nishani Media LLC for services, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Services

Nishani Media LLC provides cinematic video production, digital marketing, website design, and related creative services. All project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal provided to each client prior to engagement.

Payment Terms

Projects require a deposit prior to commencement, with the remaining balance due before final deliverables are released. Specific payment schedules are defined in each client agreement. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive a license to use final deliverables for agreed-upon purposes. Nishani Media retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Revisions

The number of included revisions is specified in each project agreement. Revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees at our standard hourly rate.

Limitation of Liability

Nishani Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Deposits are non-refundable. Any work completed up to the point of termination will be invoiced accordingly.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes shall be resolved in Frederick County, Maryland.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
